Saved Cart Detail View for SF5Ever wonder what your customers are stashing away in their Saved Carts? Want to be able to market directly to those customers who have chosen products, but have yet to make the purchase? This is the tool for you. No complex setup or coding needed. It is fully self-contained. Just upload to your site and open in your browser. Below are some screenshots of the administration pages and a brief description of their functions & features. #1. List View, the first screen displayed when opening the Saved Cart Detail, lists all saved carts as well as related customer information (ID & email address). The displayed email address for each customer is hyperlinked to send mail via your email client or you can click the "send reminder to this customer" and transfer the product list to Mail View for further personalization. An indicator next to the Customer ID keeps track of which customers you have already emailed during the current session. The indicator is reset when you close your browser.
#2. Mail View pre-fills the mail form with the customer's email address and list of items in their saved cart. If a First Name is available for that customer it also is included. A link back to your site's saved cart page is inserted at the bottom. Add your personalized Subject & message and send it off. After the mail is sent, you are returned to List View.
